Videos are available in WMV format, or streaming flash format. Both ways, your quality level isn't quite up as good as you might expect from some other sites. That doesn't mean the quality is awful by any means, it just isn't super crisp and clear like some sites we visit. It works for me, but people who are huge quality freaks, might have more of an issue.

The site has ads on it, and they step up the annoying level slightly because some of the pop up in the bottom right hand corner while your trying to watch a video. So that bothered me quite a bit as well.

Give me an A!... ok I won't go through the whole spiel, but Cheerleader Auditions is one of the better content level sites on this network. It also has a theme and sticks to it. The theme is kind of generic but we know people are into it, so I'm ok with it. Definitely recommend a look at this site!
